This will be an instructor lead guided meditation. The focus will be on clearing your etheric auric body & lingering energetic debris. If you feel you’ve been carrying around energetic weight that no longer serves you, this is the class for you!! All of our classes are instructor intuitively lead and you are gifted with quality time and a vibe of pure relaxation to refill your cup and go back into the world with a new perspective, regardless of your level of understanding of meditation. All are welcome so book online now to reserve your spot and check out our upcoming classes that may be of interest. We must all take time to refill our own cups first if we are wanting to help others. Make time for you!

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at the spa 24 hours in advance. No shows or failure to cancel 24 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of your fee. If you must cancel, or your are ill and unable to attend, your payment will be applied to a future class or appointment time. No refunds will be given.
