Energy Alchemy Massage
Sessions: 90 min $185, 120 min $215
After nearly a decade of working with clients through therapeutic massage, I began to discover something profound: the body holds the potential for healing that extends far beyond traditional massage techniques.
Time and again, I witnessed how deeply the body responded when different healing modalities were woven together into one intentional, intuitive experience. I saw the power of addressing not only physical tension, but also the deeper energy held within the body, mind, and spirit.
And so, Energy Alchemy was born.
Energy Alchemy is an integrative healing practice that brings together therapeutic massage, sound bowls, myofascial release, energy work/Reiki, somatic presence, verbally guided exploration and emotional clearing to create a deeply restorative and transformative experience. Together, these modalities create a pathway that guides you toward your own innate capacity for healing.
At the core of this work is the understanding that the fascia—the body’s connective tissue web—holds more than just physical tension. It stores energetic imprints of your life's story which can include unprocessed emotions and unresolved trauma. These imprints can shape how we feel, move, and relate to the world, often long after the original event has passed.
This is not just massage—it’s alchemy: the art of transmutation. As the body softens, emotions surface, and energy begins to move, you are invited back into alignment with your natural rhythm and inner clarity.
Every session is a co-created space of safety and presence, where you can unwind, reconnect, and return home to yourself, and the healing does not end with the session. You'll take home practical steps to continue your healing journey on your own between your visits to Flourish!
Reiki is an ancient energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, and reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch. Reiki practitioners use their hands to deliver energy to your body, either by touching directly or hovering hands over certain areas, with the intention of improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing. As a standalone session, you will remain fully clothed and lay on the nice warm and cozy massage table. When receiving Reiki during a massage, it will be woven into the massage as necessary for your greatest and highest good. After each session, you should leave feeling re-energized, balanced and relaxed. Multiple sessions may be required to achieve the level of healing necessary for your specific energetic needs.

Massage, Energy & Bodywork Cancellation Policy
I kindly request 24 hours notice to cancel or change your appointment. Any changes made within 24 hours will be charged a late fee of 25% or an amount equal to the deposit for the session, regardless of reason. Any client that does not show up for their appointment, will be charged the fee.
I do not waive the cancellation fee for illness. If you are not feeling well, it's better to be safe and reschedule than late cancel and incur a fee. It's important to note, your lymphatic system is your immune system and is affected during massage, which could exaggerate your symptoms of illness.
For my health and safety, anyone who arrives visibly ill—including symptoms such as fever, cough, or other signs of contagious illness—will be asked to reschedule and will be charged the same fee as a late cancellation or no-show.
I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a safe, healthy, and relaxing environment.
An appointment booked less than 24 hours before the service time is not able to be cancelled.
To schedule a service , a 25% deposit will be requested for all new clients.
